What can I use for free?
Part of every course is free: the first chapter, a set of practice questions every day and one full timed mock test, with explanations and translations. You can see how the app works before you pay anything.
What do I get with the full course?
Every chapter and every question, unlimited timed mock tests, a review of your mistakes that brings them back until you know them, a drill for dates, numbers and names, a readiness score, and a study plan up to your test date. Updates are included if the official guide or test changes.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once for each test's course. You will not be charged again, and updates are included.
Are these the real test questions?
No. The real test questions are not published, so no one can honestly sell them. Our questions are original and written from the official study guide that each test is based on, and our mock tests use the same number of questions, time limit and pass mark as the real test.
Do I need SettleReady to pass?
No. Each official study guide is the basis of the test, and the Canadian and Australian guides are free. There is also official practice material: Australia's free practice test, the sample questions in Discover Canada, and the UK's official practice questions sold by TSO. SettleReady adds original practice questions, timed mock tests, translations and a study plan to help you learn the guide.
Which languages can I use?
Questions are in the language of the real test: English, or English or French for Canada's test. You can show a translation of any question, answer and explanation in Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Punjabi, French or Chinese, and listen to it read aloud. The app itself can also be used in these languages.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The iPhone and Android apps work without an internet connection once installed. The website needs a connection.
Do I need an account?
Not to study for free. To buy on this website you sign in with Apple, Google or a link sent to your email (there is no password), so your course is available on every device where you sign in.
Can I use it on my phone and my computer?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on each device, and your progress follows you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Purchases on this website can be refunded in full within 14 days, for any reason. Use the link in your receipt or email us.
Do you guarantee I'll pass?
No one can honestly guarantee that. Instead, the app shows a readiness score based on your mock tests and how much of the material you have mastered, so you can see when you are ready to book.
What do you do with my data?
We never ask for your passport, visa or immigration details. You can study without an account. If you create one, we store your email address and your study progress so you can use them on other devices. You can export or delete your data at any time in Settings.
What if I find a mistake in a question?
Tap "Report a problem" under the explanation. We check every report against the official study guide. If you are the first to report a factual error and we confirm it, we unlock that test's full course for you for free.
Is SettleReady an official government app?
No. SettleReady is an independent study aid. It is not connected to or endorsed by any government. Use your government's official website to apply and to check the latest test rules.
